What is the standard production timeline for custom orders?

Most standard custom orders are produced and ready within 3–5 business days following digital proof approval. Rush production is available for time-sensitive events, tournaments, and retirement banquets.

Do you offer design assistance or digital proofs before production?

Yes. We provide complete digital mockup proofs for every project to ensure exact alignment, proportions, and material contrast before anything is placed on our laser beds or heat presses.
