🔍 1. Can you engrave this?

Almost certainly. Metal, wood, leather, glass, acrylic, and drinkware are all fair game. Send a photo or bring it by, and if something is outside what I can do safely, I’ll tell you up front.

💍 2. What kinds of items do you engrave?

Rings, pendants, lighters, belt buckles, tumblers, water bottles, plaques, badges, and more. If you don’t see your item listed, ask. Odd requests are my specialty.

🧪 3. How do you handle delicate or one-of-a-kind items?

I test first. For rings and jewelry, I run the design on a scrap piece of the same style to confirm alignment, centering, and depth before your item goes in the laser.

✅ 4. How do I know the spelling and layout will be right?

Every order gets a proof showing the exact text, font, size, and placement. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.

⏱️ 5. How long does it take?

Most jobs can be done in one to two days once I have your item. If I’m sourcing the blank, I’ll give you a date before you commit.

⚡ 6. Do you offer rush service?

Yes. A rush fee applies depending on size, quantity, and the other details of the job. I’ll quote the exact amount and date before you approve anything.

💲 7. How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the item, material, and complexity. Send a photo and the text you want, and I’ll give you a firm quote before any work begins.

📦 8. Can you do large or group orders?

Yes. Teams, businesses, and events are quoted individually with one point of contact. Send the quantity and what you need, and I’ll get back to you with a quote.

🎒 9. Can I supply my own item?

Yes. Bring it by or ship it, and the clock starts when it arrives.

📍 10. Where are you located, and do you ship?

I’m in Redfield, Arkansas, serving Central Arkansas and shipping nationwide. I’m a service-area business, so there’s no storefront. Local pickup can be arranged.

Yes. Apparel, hats, wristbands, pens, stickers, banners, tents, business cards, tumblers, and custom one-off fabrication, so you don’t have to source from several vendors.

I’d rather get it right than get it done fast. If something isn’t centered, spelled correctly, or doesn’t match the approved proof, I stand behind my work and will make it right.

Yes. Corporate awards, team trophies, safety milestone gifts, and staff apparel are a big part of what I do. I keep your logos, sizing, and branding specs on file, so reordering is fast and easy.
